Was born and raised in London, England. He emigrated to the United States in his late teens and settled in New York City.  There he became involved in music and youth ministry eventually serving as a youth elder.  His deep sense of calling to ministry led him to Oakwood University (College at the time) where he graduated with a degree in Ministerial Theology and a minor in Communications.  He later graduated from the Andrews University Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary with a Master’s degree in Divinity.

Pastor Goodridge has served in the Northeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventists and the Southeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.  He has pastored in New York, Massachusetts, Georgia, and North and Central Florida.

Throughout his ministry he has demonstrated the gift of leadership and administration as he has served as President of the Seminary Student Forum, as well as Secretary and Vice- President of the Northeastern and Southeastern Ministerial Associations respectively.

He also has a passion for youth ministry which is demonstrated in his serving as Pastoral Advisor for the M. C. Strachan Youth Federation in Southeastern Conference, Chaplain for the Southeastern Conference Adventurer Federation, Chaplain and member of the Constitution and Bylaws Committee of the Southeastern Conference Pathfinder Federation, and Pathfinder Director of a local club.  He is not only a Master Guide, but has earned the Pathfinder Leadership Award.

Pastor Goodridge is a gifted teacher, writer, singer, and musician.  He has a passion for Family Ministry as he served on the Southeastern Conference Family Ministry Council.   Together with his wife, Ellengold, Pastor Goodridge conducts Marriage and Youth Retreats as well as numerous seminars and workshops on Family, Marriage, and Relationships.

Pastor Goodridge and his wife have two children: a son, Isaiah, and a daughter, Katherine.  The goal that drives his ministry is to create an opportunity for young and older people alike to build and strengthen their relationships with Jesus Christ and with each other, and to prepare everyone to meet Jesus when He returns through lifting up and emulating the character of Christ.
