Camp Operation Quick Guide
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 7:30 a.m. Drop-off
- Camp Pick-up: 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Late Pick up: Grace Time 5:45 p.m.
- Late Charge: 5:46 p.m. ($5.00 each 15 minutes)
- Late payments must be made at the OUC market
The discounted registration and weekly camp rates are as follows:
Early Bird Registration – $75.00 Per Child (Ends May 31, 2019)
Regular Registration – $120.00 Per Child (Begins June 1, 2019)
Weekly Rate: $90.00 Per Child (10% discount off total cost when 2+ children are registered)
Two Weeks – $180.00
Three Weeks – $270.00
Four Weeks – $360.00
Five Weeks – $450.00
Six Weeks – $540.00
Seven Weeks – $630.00*

*Parents paying for the entire 7 weeks before the early bird date expires (May 31st) will receive a 10% discount of their entire weekly fee, the above chart includes these deductions.

Marc Raphael – Children’s Pastor
Pastor Raphael was born in Los Angeles, California. He has served as a school teacher and pastor to children for over 20 years. He and his wife Rhonda have seven children. He loves to write songs and plays that are designed for children. His personal philosophy is, “I believe God has sent me to bring adults to Christ while they are children.”
Dr. George Ashley – Community Service Director
Dr. Ashley is a native of Toronto, Canada who enjoys working with children and youth and has a wide range of experience. Dr. Ashley has served Oakwood University for over twenty years several capacities. Dr. Ashley currently serves as a professor and Director of Field Education at Oakwood University in the Department of Social Work.
Jasmine Catchings – Program Director
Ms. Catchings is from Seattle, Washington, and is a senior social work major at Oakwood University. She is committed to serving in this field of child welfare and has extensive experience working with youth-centered programs. She is an honor student, and currently serves as President of the Pre-Alumni Social Work Club, and peer mentor for Oakwood students.
Jayny Monasse – Assistant Director
Ms. Monasse is a junior at Oakwood University, where she is double majoring in elementary education and psychology. She believes that all kids have the ability to be successful with adequate assistance. She has served as a Member of National Society of Leadership and Success and Alpha Delta Pi.
